With over 25 years of experience in global business development, Anil specializes in Asia markets including India, China, Korea, and Japan. He founded V Solutions Global LLC in 2009 to provide engineering, sourcing, and market entry solutions for US and European companies operating in Asia. Under his leadership, V Solutions has grown to over 200 employees across multiple Asian locations. Previously, Anil served as Director of International Business and Global Sourcing at JSJ Corporation and launched operations for GHSP across India, Europe, and China. He holds a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, a master’s from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and an MBA in International Business and Strategy from Grand Valley State University.

Sanjiv brings over 30 years of management experience spanning Finance, Operations, Sales & Business Development, and International Business across automotive and non-automotive industries. Since joining VSG India in 2012, he has served as director overseeing sourcing, market entry, and engineering operations while also fulfilling CFO and strategic advisor roles. He has been instrumental in VSG’s growth through establishing ventures, contract assembly operations, and business development initiatives for clients. His comprehensive understanding of Indian business practices and manufacturing landscape makes him invaluable for clients seeking to establish or expand operations in India. Sanjiv is a Chartered Accountant with additional management training in the United States.

Vijay is a seasoned engineering executive with over 20 years of experience driving end-to-end product development across embedded software, hardware engineering, and project management. He brings deep expertise in automotive technologies, including AUTOSAR, software architecture, and functional safety standards. Throughout his career, Vijay has led cross-functional global teams across Americas, Germany, Japan, France, and Italy, spanning automotive, home appliances, industrial automation, and defense industries. As Director of Engineering at VSG, he oversees the electronics engineering group’s growth and strategy across Pune and Hyderabad facilities, defining engineering strategy, driving product development, and scaling teams to handle growing client demands. Vijay holds a master’s degree in electronics science from Modern College, Pune.

Sridhar brings over 17 years of experience in refrigeration technology, electrical controls, electro-mechanical systems, and industrial automation, specializing in end-to-end refrigeration solutions with advanced technologies including CO2, A2L, and next-generation HFC refrigerants. As Refrigeration Group Manager at VSG since 2016, he has built and scaled the team to over 50 engineers supporting North American clients, delivering cutting-edge designs for parallel rack refrigeration systems, display cases, and walk-in freezers tailored to North American standards. Prior to VSG, Sridhar spent over 9 years in R&D driving development of energy-efficient refrigeration technologies and industrial automation systems. He holds a bachelor’s in electrical and electronics engineering from JNTU Kakinada and a master’s in electrical power systems from JNTU Hyderabad.

Rameez serves as Automation Group Manager at VSG, joining the team in 2020. He brings broad experience in industrial automation design and robotics, combining technical expertise with strong leadership and client focus. A mechanical engineering graduate from the University of Calicut in Kerala, Rameez began his career in manufacturing plants before transitioning to engineering services. At VSG, he leads the Automation Group, working closely with North American clients on key automation projects and delivering innovative solutions. Guided by the principle that automation should create measurable value, Rameez integrates advanced technologies into practical engineering applications while fostering collaboration and clear communication. Outside work, he writes about industrial automation trends, explores emerging technologies, and mentors aspiring engineers.

Jason has over 20 years of strategic sourcing and supplier development experience helping North American companies build robust supply bases in China. His expertise encompasses supplier due diligence, negotiations, quality audits, process improvements, and product launches. As VSG’s Sourcing Manager for the past decade, Jason has developed strategic suppliers for clients and managed supply bases to consistently meet or exceed quality, cost, and delivery metrics. He has built a strong China-based team to support growing client needs and maintain high supplier performance standards. Jason’s technical background and business acumen enable him to bridge cultural and operational gaps between Western clients and Chinese manufacturers. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Tianjin University of Technology and an MBA from Nankai University.

HC brings over 35 years of hands-on global business development experience working across Korea, China, USA, Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia. His expertise includes market expansion, building international teams, and launching new ventures. As Managing Director of VSG Seoul since 2011, HC has been instrumental in the company’s growth by leading client sourcing, sales and business development, and venture development activities throughout Korea. His deep understanding of Asian markets and extensive network have made him invaluable in helping North American and European clients establish and expand their presence in the region. Prior to joining VSG, HC held various leadership positions at Jindo Corporation and served as CEO of Roadmart Corporation. HC earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Seoul National University.
