Over the past six years, GHSP’s partnership with VSolutions Group (VSG) has proven to be a strategic extension of our global engineering capabilities. Since launching the collaboration in 2018, the team has grown from a few engineers to over 75, reflecting both the strength of the partnership and the high value VSG brings to our organization.
VSG has contributed across nearly every area of our engineering operations—including Software, Hardware, Mechanical Engineering, CAE, and more.

- Scalable Talent Delivery – VSG consistently provides high-quality engineering talent, particularly in Software and Hardware domains, enabling us to scale quickly and meet project demands with minimal ramp-up time.
- Deep Integration with Global Teams – The VSG team has become a seamless extension of our US and China teams, taking full ownership in critical areas and serving as a center of excellence for AUTOSAR, CAE, PCB Design, Component Engineering, Requirements Engineering, and ASPICE compliance.
- Successful Program Launches – VSG has played a key role in the successful launch of several major programs, including automotive shifters, pumps, and electronic control units.
- Value Engineering and Cost Savings – Their focus on Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) has delivered measurable cost savings while maintaining product performance and quality.
What continues to impress me most is VSG’s mindset and commitment—they truly operate as an integral part of our engineering organization. Their collaborative approach and technical capability allow us to execute projects effectively and cost-efficiently, without compromising quality.
